These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the Scent Blend website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. The seller is Scent Blend s.r.o. ("Scent Blend", "we", "us").

1. Who we are

Scent Blend s.r.o. is a company registered in the Czech Republic. Full company details appear at the end of this page and in the footer of every page.

2. Products

We sell scent products, including plug-in diffusers, candles, refills, and related home fragrance goods. We describe each product, its price, and its key details on its product page. Product photos are illustrative. Natural materials and handmade elements may cause small variations between the photo and the item you receive.

3. Orders

You place an order by selecting a product and completing checkout. Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order by email once payment succeeds. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we cannot verify payment.

4. Prices and currency

Prices appear on each product page and include VAT where applicable. We charge in Euro (EUR). Any other currency shown on the site is an approximate reference only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.

5. Payment

We process payments through Stripe. Stripe collects your card details, billing information, and shipping address on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed once Stripe approves the payment.

6. Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times, costs, and carriers are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

You may cancel or return an order under the conditions set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. That policy explains the withdrawal period, the return process, and how we issue refunds.

8. Liability

We supply products for normal household use. Follow the safety instructions supplied with each product, in particular for candles and electrical diffusers. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, by ignoring safety instructions, or by normal wear. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The Scent Blend name, logo, product designs, photographs, and website content belong to Scent Blend s.r.o. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumer rights granted by mandatory law in your country of residence remain unaffected.
