Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how to return a product and how we issue refunds. It applies to products bought through the Scent Blend website from Scent Blend s.r.o.

1. Right to cancel

As a consumer in the EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at [email protected] with your order number before the 14-day period ends.

2. Returning the product

After you tell us you want to cancel, send the product back within 14 days. Return the item unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where possible. You pay the direct cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We cover the return cost and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

4. Refunds

We refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving proof that you sent them back. We refund to the original payment method through Stripe. The original standard shipping cost is included in the refund; any extra cost you chose for faster delivery is not.

5. Items we cannot accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed, or burned, unless they are faulty. Custom or personalised products made to your specification cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

6. How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with the return address and the next steps.
