Shipping & Delivery Policy

Scent Blend s.r.o. ships worldwide from the Czech Republic. This policy explains how and when we send your order.

1. Processing time

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days of confirmed payment. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. We email you once your order ships.

2. Delivery times

These are estimates. Carrier delays, customs, and remote destinations can extend them.

3. Shipping cost

Shipping cost depends on your destination and order weight. The exact cost appears at checkout, through Stripe, before you pay. We charge in Euro (EUR).

4. Tracking

Where the carrier provides tracking, we email you a tracking number once your order ships.

5. Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. You are responsible for these charges. We cannot predict their amount.

6. Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong or the delivery failed, we contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs may apply.

7. Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, email [email protected] with your order number. We work with the carrier to resolve it and send a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
